Many thanks for your patience regarding the security-related incident Softronic was exposed to and which affected the availability of CM1. We are happy that, despite the circumstances, we were able to open up CM1 in a safe and controlled manner.

Softronic signs partnership with VALEGA Chain Analytics regarding crypto transaction monitoring within CM1
Softronic is happy to announce a partnership with VALEGA Chain Analytics to add in the possibility for crypto transaction monitoring as part of their offering in their leading AML-platform CM1.
CM1 is a system that supports the AML processes both for onboarding customers as well as continuous follow-up of customer relationships and transaction monitoring.

Vulnerable areas added to CM1s Risk engine
CM1 now has information about all addresses residing in the vulnerable areas defined by the Swedish Police.
There are three types of areas
• Particularly vulnerable area
• Vulnerable area
• Risk area

CM1 support team
CM1 support is available at 8:00-5:00 pm and answers questions related to the service.
During the period December 23th to January 8th the support is staffed at 8-5 pm on weekdays.
However, we would like to inform you that during this time we only handle necessary and urgent support tasks.
